Alles goed geregeld. Fijne bediening
Eten lekker; maar niet bijzonder, bediening vriendelijk, maar niet horeca geschoold, akoestiek wat je van een koepel kan verwachten, maar dat leidt erg af; daarom geen TOP plek, prijs- kwaliteit ok.
Ja, wat kan je nog zeggen als alles perfect was. Arrangement was een 3 gangen diner maar er werd ter plaatse een eventuele 4e gang als optie gegeven, die hebben we genomen en dat was een hele goede beslissing. Ook het wijnarrangement dat ik nam paste heel goed bij de gerechten. En uiteindelijk viel de prijs, zeker gezien de de extra's, ons erg mee.
Zeker voor een herhaling vatbaar.

When we arrived, the waitress explained the menu and, for the first course, we would enjoy a salmon and shrimp/prawn roulade. I reminded her that one person could not eat shellfish (which includes prawns/shellfish). She offered an alternative which was accepted. A while later, she returned with the salmon and shrimp/prawn roulade. She said that I hadn’t mentioned shrimp/prawns and they are not actually shellfish which I disagreed with but she was insistent. She told my friend that the chef had already prepared it. My friend declined to have it but she still put it down in front of her!
She then went on to ask if we wanted any water with the meal. We said we would have sparkling water. This was never brought to us! We were asked again later by another waiter if we wanted any drinks and we said we had ordered water but it had never come. He duly brought it to us.
The starter and dessert were lovely, however, the chicken dish was not so great. The chicken was pink near the bone and we were not sure if it was cooked fully due to the colour and texture.
The table we were sat at was next to the kitchen and so we looked straight into the kitchen. The restaurant was only a third full at most so a table with a more pleasant view would have been better.
It is a shame that it wasn’t the experience I had been expecting based on reviews I have read. I wrote to the restaurant about our experience but had no reply.

Bij Brasserie de Koepel serveren zij typische brasserie gerechten. Voor de gerechten gebruikt chef Leo (h)eerlijke seizoensproducten voor zijn heerlijke gerechten uit de Franse keuken. De gerechten worden begeleid door gevarieerde en betaalbare wijnen die je kunt vinden op de kaart. Al met al is het heerlijk genieten bij Brasserie de Koepel in een oase van rust met een intieme sfeer!
