I guess one can go on about the technical stuff in fine dining, however as a person who enjoys this with a passion, I've come to realize that the message you get from the moment you taste your first bite to have your brain telling you, amazing!! Just plain delicious. Service is first rate, all in all, a very we'll rounded team.
Geweldige ambiance goed eten en een heerlijke wijnkaart maken een diner perfect met een bediening die goed aanvoelt was de gast wil.
Gisteren bij Publique gegeten. De vijf gerechten waren niet groot maar wel lekker. Vriendelijke bediening en gezellig sfeer. Andere keer ga ik de oester menu proberen.
Good food, nice staff, but very, very slow service. Meal took almost 3.5 hours.
