We hebben fantastisch bij Bruis gegeten. Een uniek concept in Haarlem, klasse eten , laagdrempelig, verassende smaakcombinaties en een prachtige wijnkaart. Serviceteam is oplettend, aardig en heeft kennis van zaken.

Het was er ook erg lawaaiig ondanks dat er weinig mensen waren. Muziek stond ook erg hard. We konden elkaar nauwelijks verstaan. Moesten naar elkaar toebuigen om elkaar te verstaan.Heel vermoeiend. We hadden een korting van 5 euro via dining city op het 3 gangen menu maar dit was dus knap waardeloos. Wat een verspilling van ons geld. Uiteindelijk een bizar hoge rekening voor deze desillusie. Voor ons nooit meer Bruis.
Een hele dikke aanrader! Fijn en persoonlijk bediend, mooi opgemaakte borden en alles zeer goed op smaak. Enige minpuntje waren de porties van het hoofdgerecht, die waren beduidend kleiner dan onze buren (die dezelfde gerechten hadden besteld, maar niet in restaurantweek - foto's zijn trouwens van voorgerecht)

Read full reviewWe hadden met 2 een verrassingsmenu van 4 gangen besteld. Het eten was goed. De wachttijden tussen de gerechten was erg lang. Ongevraagd kregen wij bij het hoofdgerecht of eigenlijk bijna na het hoofdgerecht wat frieten en salade. De frieten waren van slechte kwaliteit, een deel zwart.De irish coffee was duur en kan veel beter. Op de rekening, die ik pas thuis nader bekeek, bleek dat er voor de salade en de frieten extra betaald moest worden.
Twee van de gerechten van het surprise menu waren boven verwacht niveau. Vleesgerecht was ok en kaasplankje was beetje minimalistisch en te standaard. Kortom gezellig gegeten tegen een wat te hoge prijs voor wat je ervoor kreeg en de setting: krap bemeten twee persoonstafeltje met harde houten stoel
