The first thing the man (host, who brought us to the table) said was that we were 41 minutes late which is much too late. so I showed hem my booking. Anyway, the waiter was nice. We had the 4 course menu. One course with fish and one course with asparagus. The food of the first three course were very plain and had no taste or any seasoning at all. This is very disappointing. What happened with the chef? The ham was forgotten with the asparagus at the 3rd course. But I found this out when we were home when I read the menu again to write the review. Did someone with no experience cooked that food? Surprisingly, the dessert was very good. Lavender madelain with port ice cream.
We hadden er meer van verwacht.
The setting is wonderful. Food was also god. Will visit again when the menu is updated.

Aangezien de vis van de dag niet mijn smaak was en mijn eetpartner geen vis lust was er alleen een vegetarische keuze. Dat mensen vegetarisch willen eten moeten zij weten, maar ik wil daar niet toe gedwongen worden. De "onttsnappingskeuze" was pasta (ook vegetarisch). Als je koos voor vlees dan kon dat alleen a la carte voor de volle mep. Waarom niet gewoon voor hoofdgerecht kiezen voor vis of vlees. De kwaliteit van het diner was overigens uitstekend.
