prima avond gehad in deze aanwinst voor haarlem, met 2 vrienden genoten van een prima menu met heerlijke wijnen. super bediening door stel leuke meiden(dames)met kennis van zaken en humor

zeer vriendelijke en professionele bediening. Enige minpuntje wat ik kan noemen zijn de niet zo comfortabele stoelen.
Bij Ratatouille had ik met drie vriendinnen voor een Restaurantweek lunch gereserveerd met drie gangen. De start begon al goed toen we een heerlijke amuse kregen met niet één maar drie verschillende hapjes. De andere gangen hadden ook verschillende elementen en waren zeer divers samengesteld. Ook het wijnarangement was uitstekend gebalanceerd bij de gerechten. Verrassend goed. Een aanrader!
Heerlijk, een 3gangen menu met 3 heerlijke amuses vooraf. Dan zalm gemarineerd in biet, Spaans rundvlees en heerlijke chocolademousse toe. In geen tijden zo lekker gegeten, wij komen terug!
Fantastisch gegeten! het hoofdgerecht moet nog een beetje bijgeschaafd worden om de rest van de gerechten te complimenteren maar met zo'n creatieve brigade moet dat wel lukken.
