Restaurant De Zeeuw is new at DiningCity, Patron cuisinier Jeroen De Zeeuw cooks an informal, perhaps a little tougher approach to the French kitchen tradition and leaves room for all kinds of influences, but it certainly also remains gastronomic.

Quality and craftsmanship radiate from the plates and from the smile of the service, a true pleasure to dine here.

This restaurant is always packed early at the weekend, but DiningCity can forgive its guests the last tables on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Do not wait too long to make a reservation because this restaurant is very popular!

About De Zeeuw

Restaurant De Zeeuw is located in the heart of Haarlem in an intimate and elegant monumental building at Nassaustraat 15 black. The restaurant exudes the atmosphere of a small business in Paris's Saint-Germain or Le Marais, such a hidden establishment in one of the streets around the Antwerp Cathedral or the Brussels market. De Zeeuw is a meeting place for everyone who wants to enjoy affordable and accessible gastronomy.

The dishes vary according to the season and the supply from its suppliers. As a result, the menu is constantly in motion and can even change weekly.

Jeroen is a creative chef with great attention to product and terroir, and has a preference for pure wines, which he selects together with his partner, sommelier Janine Kinderman.

The kitchen of De Zeeuw fits perfectly with the bistronomy idea: an informal, somewhat tough approach to French cuisine with room for all kinds of influences, but certainly also gastronomic with a touch of rock & roll.

The dishes are characterised by their playful nature and digestibility, but always with preservation of quality and craftsmanship. In addition, we work as much as possible with sustainable products.
