From Friday, April 2 to April 25, you can enjoy a lunch cruise every Wednesday through Sunday in April. The lunch cruise starts in Beverwijk and sails a beautiful route over the North Sea Canal to the Amsterdam IJ.
You will enjoy an amazing lunch, consisting of 5 courses, including appetizers, a glass of Champagne, matching wines, water and a final cup of coffee or tea with sweets.
On board, all hotel rooms have been converted into private dining rooms. The dishes are served to you by means of a delivery service to the door of your cabin and you yourself take it inside.
Jonathan Zandbergen and his team provide a gourmet lunch menu from the galley of the cruise boat while you enjoy a wonderful cruise to the Dutch capital. Enjoy beautiful views of the North Sea Canal, the IJ River, the ports of Amsterdam and attractions along the IJ River.
The price for the lunch cruise, including use of the hotel room is 275.00 euros per person.

Het was weer heerlijk tafelen bij Merlet. Geweldige bediening, fijne sfeer en heerlijk gedineerd. Elke gang weer een verrassing. Een traditie, die wij er als familie, samen met goede vrienden in houden. Elk jaar weer een feestje, van de eerste tot de laatste minuut.
Een heerlijke menu met verrassende ingrediënten combinaties en een aparte bereidingswijze. Alle gerechten waren vol van smaak en mooi geserveerd.
De uitleg bij de gerechten en de wijnen werd soms overstemd door een naburige groepstafel wat jammer was.
De vier gangen en de amuses waren van zeer hoge kwaliteit. Zeer gevarieerd en elke gang onovertroffen.
Wat een smaakbeleving, die wat mij betreft 2 Michelinsterren waard is. En de wijnen sloten daar prachtig bij aan. Kortom: grote klasse!
