Toen we aankwamen werden we in het midden van het restaurant geplaatst, maar al snel kwam er iemand langs om te zeggen dat voorin bij het raam ook nog een wat ruimer plekje was dus dat was fijn! Het eten was heerlijk en veel, lekkere wijn maar, helaas, was de sushi op; we waren aangekomen om half 8 dus het was wel ietsje later maar we vonden het wel jammer dat we die niet konden proberen. Het personeel was super aardig en we mochten toen er verder al niemand meer was toch nog een cocktail bestellen. Heerlijke avond gehad!

Tijdens het piekmoment werd de service/bediening beetje chaotisch, maar niet storend. Elke horecaonderneming kraamt met personeelstekort. Verder echt heerlijk gegeten !

About FAK Utrecht

What do you find on the FAK menu? French and Asian dishes that you can share with your table companions (or keep to yourself, of course). FAK stands for - yes - French Asian Kitchen. You order Asian steak tartare, a fries caviar, chicken thighs, sushi and more goodies. In terms of desserts, there are cheese cake and crème brûlée on the menu. Funny detail: with desserts you can choose from no fewer than four sizes.

FAK’s interior has a clear chill vibe, with some visible bricks, lots of vibrant greenery and Asian market-inspired neon signs. Cheerful music fills the store and the crew is friendly
