"Meerwaarde reserveren via Diningcity nihil"

Bij binnenkomst was vrij duidelijk dat niet op onze komst gerekend was, terwijl we via Diningcity gereserveerd hadden. Hele concept Diningcity bleek ook onbekend, aangezien we gewoon van de kaart besteld hebben en ook tegen reguliere prijs (!!). Meerwaarde van boeken via Diningcity is dus nihil en is dus ook de laat...

Meerwaarde van boeken via Diningcity is dus nihil en is dus ook de laatste keer geweest.

Bediening was onwennig, maar zeer zeker vriendelijk en goedwillend. Eten was van prima kwaliteit, maar het was duidelijk dat de keuken de drukte in het begin niet helemaal aankon.

About La Collina

La Collina is a Mediterranean delicacy store, restaurant, lunchroom and caterer, which is located on the Voorheuvel 73 in Zeist. 


La Collina has recently decided to step over to using biological and homemade.


Owner Mark Driessen: "This is not only from the ideology, I am actually convinced that there is a big market for biological foods." He says that a lot of his clients react very enthousiastically about the new concept. "They think its a great step and believe that it fits La Collina perfectly."


I am a big fan of pure and raw products. "There is a definite added bonus when it's biological as well." For a lot of his previous catering projects he only worked with biological products. "This made the step a lot easier for me and gave me the knowledge I needed to convert to biological foods.


I estimate that the amount of biological foods is about 70 to 80 percent. "The meat is all biological and this is also the case for most of the vegetables. I do have my own criteria though. Because of that a couple of ingredients are not biological, but do have a great story. Behind each product that I buy is a specific thought process. That is important to me, because if I stand behind something I can make others enthousiastic about it as well.
