We genoten hier van een super 5-gangen lunch. Prachtig uitgebalanceerde, mooi opgediende gerechtjes. Met een passend, avontuurlijk wijnarrangement. Gezellig gezeten op het terras, waar je je in een bloementuin waant. Met perfecte service en enthousiaste uitleg door jonge vakkrachten met passie.
Bediening was vriendelijk maar niet allert op aanwijzing van de gasten en wijn schenken ging niet foutloos.
Champagne van huismerk was matig , maar eten was goed. Dessert amuse was heerlijk en verrasend .
Koffie arrangement was vrij standard.
Een jaar geleden waren wij hier en aangenaam verrast door het hoge culinaire gehalte. Alleen dat is nog niet verzilverd in een ster. Dit keer komen wij terug en hadden een menu geboekt. Weer heerlijk buiten op het terras testen. Maar ervaren dat het jonge team dat bedient wat wisselt in professionaliteit. De een wee...
Read full reviewEen jaar geleden waren wij hier en aangenaam verrast door het hoge culinaire gehalte. Alleen dat is nog niet verzilverd in een ster. Dit keer komen wij terug en hadden een menu geboekt. Weer heerlijk buiten op het terras testen. Maar ervaren dat het jonge team dat bedient wat wisselt in professionaliteit. De een weet niet een zuid Afrikaanse wijn van een Australische te onderscheiden terwijl de ander echt verstand van zaken heeft en we onder de indruk zijn van de originele wijnen bij de gerechten. Ook culinair is het hier helemaal voor elkaar. Wel weer op het einde dat niemand te vinden is om de rekening te vraten (de een staat 20 minuten te praten bij een tafel terwijl de ander zijn benen onder zijn lijf uitloopt). Dus uiteindelijk geen vijf sterren, ,maar wel erg lekker gegeten.
Heerlijk gegeten. Mooie gerechten en goede sommelier. Verrassend! Zeker een aanrader om nog eens te doen!
Excellent avontuur voor de smaakpapillen en een jong en zeer professioneel team met top service en kennis over het eten en de wijnen!
