De bediening was zeer vriendelijk en professioneel. We hebben heerlijk gegeten. Zeker een aanrader!
Het eten was heerlijk, de bediening vlot en gezellig. Wij gaan er zeker nog een keer eten.

met een primera-kortingsbon gereserveerd, we hebben heerlijk gegeten. we hebben kunnen kiezen van de primera-kaart-actie en de pizza uit het menu zelf. was allemaal heerlijk, personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. hebben lekker buiten op het terras gezeten. kortom een aanrader. komen zeker nog terug.

Pizzerias are everywhere these days, but where can you still find a real Italian one? One where you can still taste the unadulterated Mediterranean flavour? The answer is simple: at the Havenhoofd in Barendrecht! Because that is where Ristorante Pizzeria Da Mario, which has been around for ten years, is located. And if that name does not sound familiar to you: this unadulterated Italian used to operate under the name Pizzeria Mario in Zijpe Rotterdam. What hasn't changed is the quality, which is still excellent! Ristorante Da Mario opened its doors on Zijpe in 1993. Then, after three years, it started a new restaurant at Plein 1953 in Rotterdam. Now 17 years later, after a few wanderings, the same staff as then is working on new at the Havenhoofd in Barendrecht. In an original Italian Ristorante. No adaptations to other tastes are made here, so no American, Turkish, or Dutch pizzas. Instead, it is still prepared the Italian way, using fresh mushrooms, peppers and other ingredients. Nothing comes from a jar or can and that guarantees the tastiest pizzas, pastas, meat, fish dishes or salads. Because Ristorante Da Mario does indeed make more than just pizzas and pasta dishes. The menu also includes a small selection of original Italian meat and fish dishes, exactly as you might have tasted them during your holidays in the far south. Even the sandwiches that accompany various dishes are personally baked in Ristorante Da Mario's own kitchen. And in that kitchen, rapacious Italian sounds from owner and chef Giuseppe and Miranda. So is there anything not originally Italian?
