Welcome to Restaurant Bloesem
The interior is romantic with statues, large decorative floral paintings and antique framed mirrors on the walls, all of which add an artistic flavour to the trendy surroundings. Bloesem has two dining areas which are connected by arches. From one of the dining areas you have a view into the open kitchen. The table placement and acoustics are such that you can eat and chat without intruding on your fellow guests. Bloesem also offers you the facility of dining with children and if you don’t want to leave the dog home alone you can bring him. Also in the summer months the dining at Bloesem is made pleasant, with the breeze providing natural air cooling. For owner Eline Kok a dream has become reality and she, her young but experienced staff, Patron-Cuisinier Vincent Brik Ternbach and Head Chef Marco Deegen, will make sure that you want for nothing. The menu has been kept simple, but is changed frequently, the extensive wine card caters to all palates and offers a high quality at very reasonable rates.

In the Binnen Dommerstraat, a peaceful and rustic side street of the Haarlemmerdijk, located in the centre of the Jordaan, you can find Bloesem where Summum used to be.
